Who has not ever heard about Pasar Atum in Surabaya. The oldest "shopping Mall" in Surabaya. Formerly, Pasar Atum identic with low priced shopping, bargaining till you dead - especially if you can follow the bargain art like the typical Pasar Atum Chinese - you could get the best buy of your life! Nowadays, Pasar Atum become more modern, the boutiques are newer and the price are now (mostly) fix. But still in some you can still bargain.
One thing never change here..., the food area. You can still find all kind of food, Chinese, Indonesian, traditional, snacks and many many more.
